The growth of gray hair in different positions also reveals different health problems. The following are the 3 most common gray hair positions:
1. GRAY HAIR ON THE FOREHEAD: MOSTLY SPLEEN AND STOMACH DISORDERS
Dr. Tan Liying explained that the growth of hair comes from qi and blood. Qi and blood are vigorous, and hair grows normally; Qi and blood are weak, and hair becomes white, dull and even fall out. In the "Huangdi Neijing", it means: "Women's May 7th, Yangming pulse declines, the face begins to focus, and the hair begins to fall." White hair is mainly caused by spleen and stomach disorders, so you should be careful not to stay up late when conditioning, so as not to hurt the gas and blood.
2. WHITE HAIR AT THE TEMPLES: IN FACT, THE LIVER AND GALLBLADDER ARE FIERCE
The temples are the parts next to the ears, and the corresponding visceral reflex area is the liver and gallbladder. People with high liver and gallbladder fire are grumpy or sulky, accompanied by dry mouth, bitter mouth, dry tongue, and astringent eyes, all of which are caused by liver and gallbladder fire. The liver and gallbladder are both external and internal, it is necessary to nourish the liver and kidney, nourish blood and replenish qi in treatment.
3. GRAY HAIR ON TOP AND BACK OF HEAD: MAINLY DUE TO DEFICIENCY OF KIDNEY QI
The top of the head is the place where the Du Channel and Ren Channel pass. The Ren Du Channel is closely related to the kidney, so the long white hair on the top of the head is mostly due to insufficient kidney qi. The back of the head is near the Ren Vessel, which is naturally related to the kidneys. Therefore, people with white hair in these locations should not only invigorate the qi and blood, but also pay attention to invigorating the kidney.
POLYGONUM MULTIFLORUM SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR WEAK SPLEEN AND STOMACH
In the face of gray hair, many people will take the diet at home by themselves. Among them, Polygonum multiflorum is used by many people. Dr. Tan Liying said Polygonum multiflorum can nourish yin and nourish the kidney and help improve the gray hair caused by kidney deficiency. However, the use of Polygonum multiflorum alone The effect of curing gray hair is not significant enough, so it should be combined with wolfberry or angelica under the advice of a registered doctor to make the medicine more easily absorbed.
She also specially reminded that people with weak spleen and stomach or indigestion should not use Polygonum multiflorum because it may aggravate the condition and cause stomach acid. Large amounts of use are more likely to produce toxins and cause constipation or dry stools. And pregnant women, children and people with low blood lipids should not use Polygonum multiflorum.
